Gowaan Fest 2022
Gowaan Fest is finally here!
A women’s mountain bike festival in the heart of the Peak District!
This is a full weekend of biking fun, with a comfortable and friendly atmosphere where you can choose to push your limits on the bike or just hang out with your mates! To bring you the festival vibe there’ll be music playing all day, a big Moroccan style teepee, and a bar open in the evenings… not to mention plenty of activities you can get stuck in to on and off the bike.

Gowaan Fest Ticket Types:
All ticket types include:
– 2 nights camping (Friday and Saturday)
The Rider Pass – £99
The ‘Rider Pass’ ticket is for women aged 16 years and older only
(Riders that are under 18 years of age must complete a Parent/Guardian Consent Form)
So what exactly is included in this ticket?
– a full weekend of riding at Farmer John’s Bike Park
– access to all the weekend activities including; friendly dual slalom race, group coaching sessions, pumptrack jam, airbag sessions, long jump competition, film viewing, Q&A with special guests, demo bikes, expo area, workshops, the big raffle, and much more
The U16 Rider Pass – £65
The ‘U16 Rider Pass’ ticket is for girls only, under the age of 16
(Must be accompanied by a parent/guardian (aged 18 or over) holding either a Rider or Village Pass)
So what exactly is included in this ticket?
– a full weekend of riding at Farmer John’s Bike Park
– access to all the weekend activities including; friendly dual slalom race, group coaching sessions, pumptrack jam, airbag sessions, long jump competition, film viewing, Q&A with special guests, demo bikes, expo area, workshops, the big raffle, and much more.
– children aged 12 years or younger must be accompanied by an adult while using the Airbag
The Village Pass – £35
The ‘Spectator Pass’ ticket is for men or women wanting to watch the action. It allows you entry into a full weekend of festival fun, it doesn’t include the biking activities but that doesn’t mean you won’t have a good time! This is the perfect ticket for a boyfriend/husband if they want to come along and watch, also for the Mums/Dads out there wanting to support their daughters. The trails are all within a short walking distance so it’s easy for you to have a wander, and witness the litness of all the ladies shredding.
So what exactly is included in this ticket?
– a full weekend hanging out at Farmer John’s Bike Park
– access to all the none-biking activities including; film viewing, Q&A with special guests, demo bikes, expo area, workshops, spectating the riding sessions, the big raffle, and much more.
The U8 Pass – £FREE
The ‘U8 Pass’ is girls and boys under the age of 8.
(Must be accompanied by a parent/guardian (aged 18 or over) holding either a Rider or Village Pass)
It’s the one for the younguns, this ticket allows them entry into a full weekend of festival fun for FREE! It doesn’t include all the biking activities but they are more than welcome to bring their strider bikes/push bikes to have endless fun around the pumptrack. This is the perfect ticket for if the whole family wants to join in on the fun!
