Adult Progression Course – Trail Confidence Builder (4 week course)

Course Details

📅 Dates: Sundays – 8th, 15th, 22nd & 29th March
🕤 Time: 9:30am – 12:30pm
📍 Locations: Glentress & Innerleithen (depending on group ability)
Duration: 4-week block (3 hours per weekly session)

If you’re already riding and want to step things up, this 4-week adult coaching block is designed to help you progress onto more advanced trails, with focus on fun.

This course is all about developing technique, building confidence, and helping each rider unlock their next level. Maybe there’s a feature you keep rolling past… maybe you’d like to feel more in control on steeper sections… or maybe you just want to ride smoother and in more control.

Across four structured sessions, we’ll focus on progressing your core skills and applying them to increasingly challenging terrain. Coaching is tailored to the individual, so you’ll receive feedback and guidance specific to your riding goals.

What We’ll Cover

Throughout the block, we’ll work on:

  • Body position

  • Braking control

  • Core flat land skills

  • Riding natural terrain 

  • Jumps and drops

  • Tackling trail features 

  • Exploring new trails 

Each week builds on the last, helping you link skills together and ride more fluidly, efficiently, and confidently.

Who It’s For

  • Riders comfortable on blue/red trails, maybe dabbled on some blacks

  • Adults looking to refine technique and progress

  • Anyone ready to challenge themselves in a supportive, fun first, coaching environment

By the end of the block, you’ll be riding with more flow, more control, and maybe tackled a trail that you've always wanted to but not felt ready for it.

If you’re keen to challenge yourself, learn loads, and have a laugh along the way — this one’s for you.

What to bring:

  • Your own bike (with working brakes and gears, suitable off road tires)
  • Helmet
