Gowaan Skills Sessions

Gowaan Skills Sessions:

The aim is to learn new skills or polish up and perfect the basics. Learning on the flat land arena near the skills loops, then we'll take them skills to the trails!

These sessions require your child to be able to set off pedalling on their own unassisted, and we will teach them the rest!

All sessions are focused of fun, and without them knowing they will be learning really important bike skills.

What to expect:

We cram a lot of fun into 1.5hr, your child can expect to work a few core skills in each session and then play some fun bike games in the second half of the session. We'll touch on skills like front wheel lift, skinny's, one hand riding, coasting. Older kids can expect to learn stoppies, wheelies, bunny hops etc.

Equipment required: helmet & bike with a working brake
