Golfie Steeps - Kids Coaching (Ages 9–17 and/or ability dependent)
For confident young riders ready to progress and have fun!

Location: Golfie, Innerleithen 

This session is designed for kids who are already competent and comfortable riding black-grade trails at Glentress/ Innerleithen and want to build more confidence on steep and technical terrain, and unlock the famous Golfie trails. We will head to the more technical trails at the Golfie, to test their skills on steeper, technical trails.

We'll spend the session exploring some of the iconic trails, working on techniques to help riders feel confident and controlled on natural, steeper trails. Expect an environment where riders can build new skills and most importantly have a great time riding with others.

What to Expect:

• A fun blend of coaching and fun

• Focus on confidence, bike control, and flow on difficult terrain

• Skill development tailored to the group

Required Kit:

• A fully working mountain bike (2 functional brakes & gears are essential)

• Helmet, gloves, and knee pads (mandatory)

• Water and snacks to keep you fuelled throughout the session
