Kids Coaching - Intro to Innerleithen Trails

📍 Meet point: Adrenaline Uplift Car Park, Innerleithen.

Aimed at riders that are confident on the reds/black trails at Glentress, and able to climb comfortably on their own. (Minimum age 8) And are looking to increase their technical skills. Whether your child has been to Innerleithen hill before and wants to start tackling the more technical trails, or never been up this hill and wants to unlock riding more natural terrain, this is the course for them. If you’re unsure if this is for your child, please get in touch and we can assess. Child must be aged 8 or above (unless you have confirmation from the Gowaan coaches. The group will be split into two, if required, to allow riders to go to more technical / easier trails. 3.5 hour session so children must come with snacks and enough water for the full 3.5 hours. 

We will head to the trails on Innerleithen side. This session will include some skills coaching, to help them understand line choice and techniques which will get them develop in their riding. Heavily focused on fun as always!

Please make sure your child understands this is a coaching course, therefore they will be required to listen to instructions, watch demos etc. This is not just a shred day.

Children must have a bike with two working brakes and gears. Helmet, knee pads and gloves mandatory.
