Indoor teens sessions 2026

While it’s dark and dreich outside over the winter months, we head inside for some bike skills.  The aim is to learn new skills or polish up and perfect the basics to keep biking over the winter months.

All sessions focused of fun and trying some challenges & skills courses.

What to expect:

We cram a lot into 1hr, you/your child can expect to work on a variety of skills. We use ramps, seesaws, limbo, skinny’s, platforms, mini drops and other obstacles to keep the sessions interesting and engaging. Bunny hops, manuals, wheelies, stoppies and other bike handling techniques will be either taught from scratch or helped to perfect and practiced! We are always coming up with new ideas to challenge every rider…beginner or pro!! 

Equipment required: helmet & bike 

Tuesdays at Traquair Village Hall, 7pm-8pm

Block booking only. 6 week block beginning w/c 5th of January.
