WEE DAY OOT!

We’re super excited to be offering a fun adventure ride out on some in-service days, half terms and national holidays, touring the Tweed Valley!

(note we will have a plan B for winter sessions due to weather. We will have the option to do indoor biking / indoor activities - ie bike movies if required. A call will be made when we have a better understanding of the weather forecast.)

The rides will start in Innerleithen or Walkerburn, we’ll take the multi use path to Cardrona pump track, where we’ll do some pump track coaching, then lunch at the park. Next we’ll head to Glentress to hit the trails, then a hot chocolate to finish 🍫. This will all be mixed ability group - aimed at 5-12 year olds. Once we’ve assessed the group, it may be split into an older / advanced group and younger group, where older riders will head to harder trails/ faster paced ride.

All about having a fun ride out to learn new skills, meet new friends and burn off some energy! Sessions will involve, riding trails, some coaching on the trails / pump track to help technique. But mainly, lots of FUN.

Price includes 5 hours (or 6hr for sessions starting in Walkerburn) and hot chocolate for each child.

Children must have a bike with two working brakes and gears. Helmet mandatory, knee pads and gloves recommended.
